The class proposed by Gabrielle in this context is freely inspired by certain foundations of modern techniques and ballet, in dialogue with somatic approaches to movement and her artistic journey. Through various choreographed sequences on the floor, in the center, and in movement, as well as some short improvisational exercises, the notions of grounding, suspension, precision, weight, and release will be addressed.

Through the exercises, the modulation of effort, the use of space, and the taking of risks subtly appear as challenges to work with. The class provides tools to be present in the movement, regardless of its form and amplitude. It also aims to take place in a playful atmosphere and under safe conditions, in order to promote the participants’ self-awareness in relation to their respective potential.
