« What if all the children danced all the time ?
And what if the schoolyard was the stage for intersecting dances?»

In the schoolyard, this microcosm at once strange and familiar, children organize, invent, fight, or retreat. The space bubbles, and abounds, with movement, sound, and sensations.

By immersing themselves in this space, Caroline Cornélis and her performers, question the contents of what is nestled there.

Spontaneously, elements that make up the schoolyard, appear as choreographic material…the games, the relationships, the asymmetry, the relative anarchy, questions of power and domination, the animal nature that sometimes awakens in the child, in the interactions that the recreation period permits – or- imposes.

In 10:10, the choreographer uses this concrete and familiar reality, to create a poetic and sensory experience for the spectator, prolonging and transforming the imagination.

This performance is presented to you as part of the FUDGE festival.
